Mirna Moussa is a registered psychologist with the Australian Heath Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) based in NSW and is a member of the Psychological Board of Australia. Mirna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Psychology. Mirna is certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and also draws on other evidence-based intervention approaches including but not limited to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Early Start Denvor Model, Triple P, and Mindfulness. Mirna is experienced in administering comprehensive assessments, interventions, and skill building with neurodivergent children and adolescents, children with global developmental delays and/or intellectual disabilities, and mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression.

Mirna has extensive experience in the field and loves working with children, adolescents, and their families. Her main area of focus has been with young children with difficulties associated with autism, related developmental delays, ADHD, learning, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Mirna’s approach is both collaborative and empathic in nature providing a fun and nurturing environment that allows children to feel engaged, empowered and a part of the therapeutic process. Mirna believes that children and adolescents should have a safe place that is conducive to growth and learning allowing young children to strive to achieve personal, social and academic goals and lead more fruitful lives.
